Who would dare build three spec houses up hard against the Banksville border?

No one so far, but a 17-acre, 3-lot subdivision (with a 4th lot placed off limits to building) at 20 Edgar Road has dropped its June 2020 price of $5.9 million to $2.895 today.

I’m guessing that Opperknockety will have to retune this price a couple more times before it sells, but hey — as Westchester taxes continue to rise, maybe an escape across the border will grow in appeal.
