"New" listing at 20 Oak Street, Glenville off Post Road. The guess here is $2.350. $2.150?

“Georgian” per listing. The roof shingles may date back to that era, but otherwise, no.

20 Oak Street is back, now priced at $3.180 million. That’s better than its original price of $4.8, or any of the other prices it’s asked since it was first placed on the market 15 years ago in 2007, but I think it still has a way to go. Backlot, shared driveway, across from Josephine Evaristo Avenue.

We’ll keep an eye on it and report back.
