Riverside sale
/10 Perkley Lane, $1.890 paid on a $1.950 asking price. Perkley’s a great little street — a dead end, with, I don’t know, 5 houses on it? The house is old (1925) and could stand some work, but, while it might have commanded something like $1.450 in the pre-COVID market, this price seems about right for such a good neighborhood, assuming — and it may be an unwise assumption — prices hold.
Buyers are not only another NYC couple, but another 10010 Zip Code relocation; I don’t know why we’re seeing so many from that particular section of the city, but it seems to be a trend; maybe it’s friends speaking with friends?
