Another price cut

49 Edgewater Drive, Old Greenwich, dropped after 55 days to $1.695 million from $1.795. It will take another month or so to see what’s happening to days on market statistics and price cuts, but this is interesting, because South of the Village was hot, hot, hot for the past year.

I had nice things to say about Edgewater and this house when this first came on. I’ll stand by its attractiveness, but clearly, its appeal has grown more selective since the spring market.
