Sign of the times, or just specific to this house?

269 Riversville Road, listed at $6.495 million in April, has dropped to $5.795. Obviously, I wouldn’t even begin to claim a market shift based on a couple of price cuts, but the real estate market does first start any movements down in the fringe areas; this property, and the Upper Cross listing discussed below, are both located out on the frontier, so I’ll be keeping an eye out for others like them..
