Still waiting

The would-be sellers of 27 Linwood Avenue (on the corner of Lockwood Road, Riverside) paid $2.5 million for it in June, 2021, and put it back on the market a year later for $3.395. I asked at the time, “Is a covered porch worth $895,000? We’ll soon see.” So far, the answer has been no, but the price has now been reduced to $3.295, and perhaps that will make the new roof feature seem more like a bargain.
