3 Old Mill Lane was sparkling new when it sold in 2003 for $6.5 million, and a little less so when its current owner bought it for $6.1 in 2010. The owner seems to have moved himself and his financial business to Florida in 2015, and the house has been on and off the market ever since, with a couple of one-year rentals between bouts. The price began at $8.995 in 2015, and it was asking just $6.5 million when its listing expired last June. It’s returning to the market this week at $6.750.
