New listing at 16 Watchtower Lane, asking $1.1 million. Watchtower’s a nice street, and with 0.31 of an acre in the R-12 zone, the FAR ratio of .315 would allow a 4,250 sq. ft. home on this lot. Someone will grab this soon, I predict. Or they would have last year; I’m hearing that financing for builders is becoming difficult to obtain.
