28 Brynwood Lane, which started off on its journey of price discovery in 2021 at $8.250 million, has sold for $7.050.
The sellers paid $2.050 for this then-unfinished home from Ulster Savings Bank in 2013 (the actual foreclosure process had begun in 2005, just to give you an idea of how our magnificent Connecticut judicial system operates) and spent the next couple of years completing it.
