65 Upper Cross Road is new to the market today at $24.995 million. The subdivision here has long been out of favor with home seekers, as illustrated by this one’s price history but maybe the post-covid market rejuvenation has reached our far north, finally.
Of course, this time it has The Zebra going for it; too stylized? We’ll see.
