We'll be watching
/The broker listing a house at 4 Hemlock Trail in Redding has priced it at $1.650 million and is offering no buyer/broker commission. It will be interesting to see whether an agent wants to work for free and find a buyer for these hapless owners. So far, and it’s been on the market since July, no one has. It’s great to have a house to sell, but it’s the buyer who makes a sale take place; otherwise, like this owner, you’re stuck. Taxes on this vacant house, by the way, are $28,584 ($2,382 per month), but think how much the owners are saving on that non-existent commission!
Bonus Material:

From the pictures, that shelving comprises exactly two units, and at that, I’m assuming that the bookshelf shown in the second picture is permanently affixed to the wall and can be counted as one of them.
