It took three months and three price cuts, but 157 Stanwich Road, now priced at $1.699 million after beginning in September at $2.250, is all-signed up and awaiting closing. It’s a 1960 house and feels it, so the lower price seems more like it, but full credit to listing agent Katie Schaller, who didn’t let the place linger. Rapid price cuts and six public open houses (and three broker tours), so she kept the property active and visible. Nice job.
