Off the rental rolls and back for sale

1 Butternut Hollow is ““new” today, and asking $4.3 Million. It’s in a decent location, but I’m not the only one not to like it, the market has shared my opinion, and its aways been a difficult sell.

Its origins builder tried for $5.895 million back in 2005 before finally giving up and selling it to this owner for $3.7 in 2010. Since then, it has spent time on the market almost every year fluctuating between looking for a renter or a buyer or, often, either. For now, it’s looking only for buy, but check back in a week or so.
