Two more quick sales

41 Will Mary Road, asking $2.495 million, 14 days from listing to contract. It hasn’t closed yet, but it’s a reasonable guess that it is selling for more than ask. The sellers paid $2.450 for it in July ‘22, so they may well at least make enough on this sale to pay the commission they’re paying for their change in plans.

And I’m told that 3 Chapel Lane in Riverside, which I posted on when it came on the market last Friday, had deal by Monday, multiple offers.
