(Another) price cut on Shore Road in Old Greenwich

117 Shore Road has been marked down to $3.2 million. A completely redone and expanded 1957 ranch with a walk-out basement, I posted on it last August on the day it hit the market at $3.995. I made no comment on its price or prospects then because I (usually) try to refrain from slamming a new listing, but now after six months, it’s fair to say that the market has provided its own opinion.
