9 Maple Street Cos Cob, which started at $749,000 in 2018 and has dropped to $599,000, is reported pending. 1913 construction, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, FAR allows expansion from its present 739 square feet to 1,500. Because there are no interior photos, I assume that building new, not expanding, is the expectation here.
