I'm sure it's very nice house, but clinging to its first price for six months, in this market, strikes me as unwise
/After 187 days, 25 Stoney Wild Lane has been dropped in price from $4.4 million to $4.195. Currently, there is so little inventory that houses in this range are selling in weeks, if not days, so if the market has responded to your initial price with a resounding “no”, you’re doing something wrong, and that isn’t the choice of wallpaper, or the lack of a zebra on the floor, it’s your wrong estimate of value.
As an aside, if buyers have shunned your offering all this time, a $205,000 cut probably won’t be persuasive; anyone seriously interested in the place could have offered that long ago.
