218 Old Mill Road, land, is currently priced at $1.399 after being marked down from $1.499, and is now reported to be pending. Once the site of a 1937 house, it was sold via an estate in 2008 for $1.825, the house was razed, and when plans to build on it were dropped (possibly due to the pressure of the initiation of a foreclosure suit brought by the Town of Greenwich for unpaid property taxes) it was put back up for sale in June 2022, when the current owner paid $1.2 on an ask of $1.150.
