Smollett is appealing his conviction and 150-day jail sentence for faking a hate crime and is out on bond while that appeal is pending. He only served 6 of those days before he was conditionally released, but after this video by his attackers showed up on Twitter Monday, he may want to start packing his underwear and a toothbrush.
