(Another) price cut for 382 North Street

It’s down to $3.2 million today after setting off this journey back in June at $4.1 million. The town appraises its land and structure at just $1,771,500, and while tax appraisals are hardly definitive, potential buyers do notice the numbers, and it affects their own estimation of value. The property tax here dropped from $21,199 in 2015 to $13,074 in 2016, and just as a caution, I’ll point out that a successful tax appeal may provide immediate relief, but can come back to bite you when you go to sell.
