A 1937 home, renovated and expanded over the years, on a good street; the price doesn’t strike me as crazy at all (though you might want to check the condition of that slate roof — the photo of its north side looks a little dodgy, though that might just be moss).

By the way, the map showing this home’s location on Wesskum Wood nicely illustrates why Riverside/Old Greenwich traffic chooses Owenoke, and not Wesskum Wood as the preferred pas-though; it’s astonishing what a few curves can do to make one street so much quieter than its neighbor.
