Coming soon, they say
/55 Byfield Lane will be returning, its broker promises, and it will be priced at $5.450 million, just where it left off when its last listing expired this past November. It’s been looking for a buyer since July 2020, when it began its journey at $6.475.
The owner paid $5.5 million for it new in 2005, and the list of “improvements” — some might more properly be classified as maintenance — is reassuring. I note that the entire cedar roof was replaced in 2011, when it was just six years old: I hope the builder paid for that failure.
