40 Doubling Road, asking $3.5 million, is reported pending. It’s a nice oldish (1965) house, but the owner was 90 when she died, and not surprisingly, seems to have lost interest in keeping it up-to-date sometime after she’d relocated to Vero Beach decades ago. A three-year project? Or one could build a new home in less time, which is what I suspect will happen here.
