Another curious real estate item

1414 King Street was placed on the market this past March 3rd for $950,000 and as I reported here, was said to be under contract on March 7th. Yesterday, it was returned to the active rolls, but it’s now priced at $1.450 million.

Curious indeed, though I wonder whether this can be attributed to maneuvering in the pending foreclosure case; it’s happened before in other foreclosure situations.
