Medicine as practiced south of Maine's Tofu Line

I’m scheduled for a couple of routine imaging tests at a hospital up the road, so I checked its website to find out where I was going and discovered this reassuring message on the hospital’s greeting page. I’m not quite sure what the Ukrainian people’s woes have to do with a Doppler ultrasound scan, but I feel better knowing that the administrators here stand solidly (behind) those poor victims.

I haven’t checked yet, but I can almost guarantee you that they’re still enforcing a paper mask requirement, because, in the World of Wokeness, symbolism beats facts, every time.
