Ya just never know in this market

Fast food emporium? Bank? Mausoleum? It’s something, by golly.

I wrote about 35 Sterling Road, a few weeks ago, and I’m a bit surprised to see that it has already found a buyer. Contract reported today, current asking price is $3.150.

I speculated then that its architecture and proximity to Bedford/Armonk might attract a tax refugee from Westchester County; I’ll be interested to see whether that was an accurate guess.
