Land sale at 49 Cutler Road, $1.150 million on an original 2/22/22 ask of $1.6.

4.3 acres, and purchased out of foreclosure in 2010 for $800,000, this lot, like the rest of the properties on Cutler, has seen little appreciation. But this owner did better than her predecessor, who paid $1.345 for it during our last bubble in 2006 and then lost it all.

The buyer here is from Darien, and perhaps he’ll improve on past performance.
