This Riverside listing has moved from "coming soon" to "active", but the listing broker and agent insist on the house itself staying put in "the heart of Cos Cob"

73 Sheephill Road, Riverside, $3.2 million.

I wrote about this recently, and noted that Sheephill Road is in Riverside NoPo, but New England refuses to believe it:

“Located in the heart of Cos Cob, close to school’s (sic), train and stores.” They did manage to correct the new square footage of this rehabbed cape, increasing it to 5,100 sq. ft. from its original 2,352, which I’m sure will please the builder, but Riverside, even north of the Post Road, carries a little more cachet than Cos Cob, so if this were my listing, I’d take advantage of that. (I might also move the price down below $3 million, but the market will decide that, not a mere blogger.)
