Inexplicable to me, but its builder and a buyer understood it

204 Sheephill Road, NoPo Riverside, closed yesterday at $4.550 million. I expressed my surprise at its price back when it came on the market in January, and again when it was reported pending last month, but someone stepped up to pay this much for this “neighborhood” so what do I know?

The buyer is from Riverside, so you can’t blame the purchase on an agent taking advantage of a naive out-of-towner.
