For reasons best known to search engines, my previous post on this property is missing in action, but my opinion then, and that of commenters, was that, while we all wished the owners well, and hoped that someone would keep the stables running, $4.5 million for a 3-acre lot, with or without horses, was asking too much of the parents of a daughter obsessed with riding. Maybe this new price will uncover an indulgent deep-pocketed financial type.
