10 Gray Oaks Lane (a Houlihan listing, Joy Metalios, agent, but the link goes to a site that still has pictures up) was listed at $4.650 in March and went to multiple bids immediately. It closed today at $4.802.
The exterior architecture is not my cup of tea — maybe a Schulz modular? — but who asked me? Nice interior.
