9 Stallion Trail, $2.495 million. No link, because the pictures have been taken off all sites, even the MLS, for which I don’t blame them: I’d be embarrassed too.

The seller/owner paid $2,428,654 for this house last June ‘22, purchasing it from an owner who had paid $2.43 million in 2006 and subsequently tried to get $3.950 for it in 2014, continuing in that effort, between rentals, until he gave up in 2022.

Convenient to the Merritt — one can just hop the fence, or cross the street and use the North Street entrance — the structure had a bad case of failed Dryvit plastic stucco many years ago, but presumably, that has been long-repaired.
