(Land?) sale on lower Lake

171 Lake Avenue, a 1915 house that was marketed as both land and residential, has sold for $1,000,000. Its listing price was $999,999, and although I don’t know what the losing bid was, it’s not uncommon for bidders to come in just a bit lower than they’re actually willing to pay, and then regret losing out to another bid just slightly higher.

Again, I don’t know the history here; I’m just pointing out what I’ve seen before.
