49 Zaccheus Mead Lane sold Friday at its full asking price of $2.745 million. The buyers are from Riverside, which is unusual, but not unheard of. Riverside is certainly crowded, and some people who live there probably feel as Daniel Boone’s father did: that man moved ever deeper into Kentucky, uprooting his family and heading further west whenever he first scented woodsmoke from a new neighbor’s fireplace. Riverside to Zaccheus is a little less drastic than that, of course, but the principle is probably the same.
