A friend just drove by the new apartment building that’s gone up next to the Old Greenwich Tennis Academy quonset hut and noticed these lovely used car display banners. As I recall, it was just last year that our zoning enforcement officer Krupkies went hammer and tongs against an Old Greenwich shopkeeper who dared drape flowers alongside her store entrance; how quickly our standards have declined.
