And we're back
/Lots of real estate activity occurred during my brief sojourn in the north; here are some of the notable transactions:
24 Martin Dale North has gone to contract. Its asking price was $2.895 million, and even if the sellers don’t get quite that much — it was on the market for 43 days — they’ll still be doing well, because they paid just $2.3 for it in May 2021.
And we knew this one was going above ask because of the huge number of showings and the brief 8-day stay on the market, but … gee: 58 Shore Road, Old Greenwich sold for $3.726 million, while the owners “only” asked $2.995.
12 Woodside Road, in Deer Park, sold for its full asking price of $8.9 million. Manhattanites.
The buyers of 18 Pilot Rock Road, Riverside, snagged a small discount, paying $14.650 million on an asking price of $15.995. I’m so happy for them.
