Still a nice house, but still searching for a buyer

22 Round Hill Club Road has taken another price cut, this time to $14.8 million. I wasn’t overly excited about its original price of $19 million when it went on the market in October ‘21, and, apparently, neither was the buying public.
Two years in this market is very long time, even for this price range.
