276 E Middle patent Road, Greenwich address, Stamford property location, sold for $1.950 million in August 2022 and this past August was put back upon the waters again, essentially unchanged except that it was priced at $3.5 million. It’s been cut to $2.495 today, and I suspect it still has a way to go before reaching shore.
