Well, okay, maybe not. But here’s a response from the (Democrat, duh) President of the Maine Senate to a constituent who complained about the Democrat Secretary of State removing Trump from the ballot:

“Don’t bother me with your foolishness. …[I]t isn’t in the Constitution that you decide who you want to vote for, it is that is your right to vote,” he explained.

So, under the elites’ view of the Constitution, the masses have a right to vote for state-approved candidates, but not for just anyone they might choose. Got it.
