26 Mohawk Lane has been sold for $5.750; it started last May at $6.295, so that’s close enough, I suppose.
The original owners of this house paid $7.5 to its builder in 2008, but that was at the crest of the housing bubble — they resold it to these sellers for just $5.2 in 2013.
