Land (?) sale on Hill Road

20 Hill Road has sold at its last asking price of $2.750 million. It comprises 2.88 acres and was listed as both land and residence (at $3.3000 originally, but then dropped to $2.750 a month later, and had a contract shortly thereafter), so who knows what the buyer’s intentions are? I kind of like some 1957 homes, and I believe Gideon is also of that model year; he turned out reasonably well, but 1957 productions are getting on in years, and perhaps it’s time for replacements.
