Third time's the charm?
/86 Sawmill Lane has returned to the market, this time priced at $2.195 million. It failed to sell at $1.995 in 2012, and couldn’t find a buyer in 2016 at $1.849, but those years were a totally different market tan today’s. It’s a nice house in a good location, and I’ll bet its owners will finally have to start packing up.
Krissy Blake, Sotheby’s, has the listing, as she has since 2012; it’s refreshing to see such loyalty on the part of owners; besides, they couldn’t do better.
