Apparently, a lack of a garage isn't considered much of an objection anymore
/Just eight days ago I wrote about a new listing at 16 Horseshoe Lane, complaining that, while the house itself looked very nice, and its price of $3.150 million seemed fair, FAR requirements saddled it with a carport instead of a lockable garage that could protect the contents from weather and thieves. No problem: it’s reported under contract today, and probably going for overask.
