Still looking for love

Two weeks ago, I wrote about 141 Old Church Road which had just hit the market at $2.825 million and was described as “a house to be cherished for years to come”. I found that a tad ironic, considering that the owners had purchased it barely three years before, yet were already trying to sell it (at a considerable markup: they’d paid $1.950 for it, and done nothing to improve it).

They dropped the price to $2.625 today.
