398 Stanwich Road, asking $6.830 million, is now reported pending. Originally a Jordan Saper spec project, it sold for $5.500 million when new in 2004, then for $5.350 in 2010 (after starting at $6.345), and finally, to these owners, for $2.9 million in 2020, after many years on-and-off the market, beginning in 2012 at $5.695. Obviously, it’s been refreshed during the past couple of years.

The seller is the former head of the WTO, just as a meaningless bit of interest.
