Krissy listed 2 Spring Road, in Milbrook, on January 22nd for $2.750 million and, not getting a favorable response, took a huge chunk off the price just 5 days later, dropping it below market to $2.350. That ignited a bidding war, not surprisingly, and it sold today for $2.497 million.
