It’s moved from newly listed to pending in just 15 days, and, assuming the usual time elapsed for inspections, contract negotiations, etc., it probably went in just a few days. My guess, without asking listing agent Jackie Hammock, is that there were multiple offers, and that it’s going for more than the asking price. Stay tuned.
