Still trying to figure out the right price

382 North Street, which began life in June of 2022 @$4.1 million, has taken another price cut and can now be yours for just $2.950.

The owners have played with the price seven times now, including raising the price last November from $3.2 million to $3.3; we had some fun with that tactic at the time:

Well, $2.950 is better than $4.1; at least it’s better than that.
