/Jeff Jackson’s brought 24 Rocky Point Road, Old Greenwich, to the market today, priced at $4.975 million. Rocky Point has its detractors: noise from the (small) seasonal swim club at the end of the street, neighbors too close, occasional street flooding, and so on, but people who do buy here tend to settle in for decades, so it obviously works just fine for them. Know your preferences, what works, and doesn’t work for you, and choose accordingly.
Personally, I’d be very happy on Rocky Point.
