A contract on North Street
/420 North Street, $5.295 million, on the market for 46 days. The owners came out from NYC in 2022, paid $3.575 on a $2.999 asking price, fixed it up to Bloomingdale’s standards and put it back on this past March. Was it an intentional flip, or just a example of buyers’ regret? I don’t know, but they’ll be coming out fine, either way.
